  • ACPAutologous Conditioned Plasma, Engl. - own modified blood plasma enriched with growth factors
  • achillodynia - (achilodynia), see also painful Achilles tendon - pain in the Achilles tendon due to inflammation of soft tissues (peritenonia) in the tendon or because of central necrosis (death) of the tendon
  • adhesive capsulitis - capsulitis adhesiva - inflammatory disease of the capsule and soft tissues in the shoulder joint resulting in movement restriction
  • adductor syndrome - pain in the groin area due to chronic inflammation of the thigh tendon retractors to the pubic bone
  • ankylosing spondylitis (AS) - Bechterew disease - systemic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, particularly affecting the tissue in the spine, chest, sacrolumbal joints, pelvis, affecting large joints
  • arthrosis - degenerative disease of articular cartilage manifesting by loss of its quality, reduced height of the cartilage, leading to joint swelling and deformities
  • aseptic necrosis - loss of blood supply to bone leading to loss of bone structure and deformities of bones and joints

  • Bechterew disease (ankylosing spondylitis (AS) - systemic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, particularly affecting the tissue in the spine, chest, sacrolumbal joints, pelvis, affecting large joints
  • groin pain - pain in the groin area due to chronic inflammation of the thigh tendon retractors to the pubic bone
  • painful Achilles tendon - pain in the Achilles tendon due to inflammation of soft tissues (peritenonia) in the tendon or because of central necrosis (death) of the tendon
  • painful shoulder joint - see impingement syndrome, bursitis subacromialis, bursitis calcarea
  • tendon insertions pain - chronic pain in the tendon insertion to the bone
  • painful groins - chronic pain in the area of insertion of a adductor tendon to the pubic bone
  • bursitis - inflammation of bursa
  • bursitis calcarea - inflammation of bursa with the presence of calcium minerals
  • bursitis subacromialis - inflammation of  bursa between the humeral head and scapula acromion in the shoulder joint region
  • bursitis trochanterica - inflammation of bursa in the area of the great trochanter of femur

  • calcar avis - (calcar Haglundi) bone spur in the back of the heel bone at insertion of the Achilles tendon
  • calcar calcanei - bone spur in the heel bone at the plantar side of the foot
  • capsulitis adhesiva - lat. - frozen shoulder - inflammatory disease of the capsule and ligaments of the shoulder joint of painful nature leading to a strong reduction of motor capacity or even total joint stiffness
  • pseudoradicular cervicobrachial syndrome - muscle pain in the cervical spine with spasms and without nervous irritation with projection into the region of upper limbs
  • cervicalgia - muscle pain in the cervical spine due to most degenerative changes caused by degenerative changes or by a disease or intervertebral joint in the cervical spine

  • de Quervain's disease - inflammatory disease of peritendineum in the area of thumb side of the long abductor and short extensor of thumb
  • Doppler - ultrasound examination of the vascular system with a dynamic visual representation of the vascular supply
  • Dupuytren's contracture - an inflammatory disease of the tendon fascia in the palm of the hand or sole of the foot, leading to soft tissue nodular deformities and limitation of motion

  • entesopathy - inflammatory disease of the tendon attachment to bone
  • adductor entesopathy - pain in the groin area due to chronic inflammation of the thigh tendon retractors to the pubic bone
  • epicondylitis radialis - inflammatory disease of the extensor tendon insertion of the fingers and wrist on the outer side of elbow joint (see also tennis elbow)
  • epicondylitis ulnaris - inflammatory disease of the tendon insertion of the fingers and wrist flexors on the inside of the elbow joint (see also golf elbow)
  • epicondylitis – pain on the inside or outside of the elbow joint
  • ESWT - Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy - shock wave in the medical use (intense focused high energy shock wave) - used especially for the treatment of deep structures (bone, joint) or used to disintegrate minerals

  • F-METER ® - an electronic device for measuring pain used in the extra-articular rheumatism, tender points measurement in fibromyalgia syndrome, search for trigger points of pain. Device can thus effectively direct and adjust the treatment using shock waves, and then monitor the effect of treatment.
  • fasciitis plantaris - an inflammatory disease of fascia and the insertion of short leg flexors of the calcaneus

  • liposuction - medical technique used for minimum invasive fat tissue from the body
  • golfer’s elbow - a chronic inflammatory disease of the tendon insertion of the wrist flexors and fingers on the inside of the elbow joint
  • lumbago - pain in the soft tissues of the lumbar spine region most often due to failure of the intervertebral disc without involvement of neural structures
  • lumbalgia - flank pain - pain in the lumbar spine region caused by static and dynamic overloading of the muscles and ligaments
